Mango Season, etc.

Wow! I can't believe we have just one week left of camp.  Summer just zoomed by.  The good news is that I will finally start the nursing program in the fall :) Then in a couple of years I'll finally have the career I've been wanting.  I hear its a very difficult program so this weekend might be my last working at the restaurant :) The mango season was great; we got so many mangoes from my mom. We just ate and ate mangoes everyday...apparently mangoes are very nutritious so David took to eating them a lot to help out with his workouts.  I was able to give away a lot and the ones that were too ripe to eat I cut and stored for frozen drinks.  I planted the mango seeds and now we have ten baby mango trees!!

After almost two years I've started running again.  David goes with me sometimes, and I know Bella loves having a chance to go out more often.  She's got so much energy and running mellows her out. She is so crazy.  She loves to chase lizards, she'll just sit by the glass door and watch them for hours like its tv! And when we open the door she just dashes out after them.  She never really catches any, mainly she just chases them away  :) And when we get palmetto bugs inside the house she gets a chase; she'll bark and trail it but as soon as the bug turns towards her she quickly backs away.
We have been blessed to finally have found a church that fits us.  We spent the fourth of July celebrating with family at the church fireworks event. It had been four years since I'd last seen fireworks they were so amazing, and David took some really cool pictures.
